By accessing or using the Venture Leaf website, future mobile application, content, resources, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Terms of Service
Effective October 3, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the Venture Leaf website and related services.
About Venture Leaf
Venture Leaf is a Eureka Digital Media brand developing an outdoor discovery and lifestyle platform focused on hiking, camping, trail planning, safety resources, nature exploration, and related digital content. The mobile application is under development, and available features may change before or after launch.
Outdoor activity and safety
Hiking, camping, travel, and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks. Venture Leaf provides informational and planning resources and does not guarantee trail conditions, weather, accessibility, emergency services, wildlife conditions, route accuracy, or personal safety. Users are responsible for evaluating their abilities, checking official sources and current conditions, carrying appropriate supplies, following laws and land rules, and making their own safety decisions.
Maps, routes, weather, and third party data
Maps, route information, location details, weather information, park information, and other data may originate from third parties or change without notice. Such information should not be treated as the sole source for navigation, emergency planning, closures, hazards, or official instructions. Carry appropriate backup navigation and consult official land managers or emergency authorities when needed.
Acceptable use
You may use Venture Leaf for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt services, gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected content at scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, misuse forms, violate intellectual property rights, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.
Accounts and user content
Future features may allow accounts, favorites, reviews, photos, comments, trip information, or other user submissions. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials. If user content features are introduced, additional community or content rules may apply.
Intellectual property
Venture Leaf names, logos, branding, original graphics, written content, app interfaces, downloadable resources, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Venture Leaf or Eureka Digital Media unless otherwise stated. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.
Third party services and links
The services may link to or integrate with third party websites, social networks, mapping providers, retailers, parks, destinations, app stores, or other services. Venture Leaf does not control third party services and is not responsible for their availability, policies, content, products, or actions.
Purchases and future paid features
Venture Leaf may later offer subscriptions, digital products, premium app features, affiliate recommendations, merchandise, or other paid services. Additional purchase, cancellation, renewal, refund, or app store terms will be disclosed when those offerings become available.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venture Leaf services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the services will always be uninterrupted, error free, complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular outdoor activity or destination.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Venture Leaf, Eureka Digital Media, and their owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features and content as the platform develops. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, services, rights, or legal compliance. These terms may also be updated, with the effective date revised accordingly.
Governing terms and severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms.
